We intentionally kept all 7 vitamins at 50% of the Daily Value. MoonBrew Kids is designed to be a nutritional complement to the whole foods your child already eats, not a replacement for them.

This gives you the right dose without megadoses, and it still makes MoonBrew Kids an excellent source of vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, folate and B12.

We also use forms like methylfolate and methylcobalamin (B12), which the body can use without needing to convert them first.
